New York and Columbia, South Carolina were the two centres for a fortnight of fascinating musical experience.
For the second year Paul visited New York and Columbia, South Carolina for a fascinating period of work with choirs and conductors. He gave a conducting masterclass for the AGO in New York following work with the choir at the church of Christ and St Stephen, and, moving south, worked for the whole week with the music department at the University of South Carolina in Columbia running seminars with their conductors, conducting the choirs, giving 1-1 lessons and participating in conducting 'labs'. He also worked with the cathedral choir (Trinity) rehearsing trhe boys, girls and adult choirs in preparation for three services on Sunday 2nd November. A great experience all round.
